Suay Mak Mak FAQ

Dear Suay Mak Mak Visitors,

Below are some questions that we have collected from our Suay Mak Mak customers, hope that it will help you to conveniently purchase our items and answer some of your inquiries. We will always keep on updating this place.

1. How to place an order?
There are 2 method of making order.

a) Via Suay Mak Mak Lelong Site
- Visit http://suaymakmak.lelong.com.my/
- Select on the item
- Click on the "Buy Now" button
- Continue by filling in your particulars and register as lelong member

b) Via ordering form in Blogspot
- Please send us an email at suaymakmak@gmail.com to request for ordering form
- We will send the ordering form to you
- Please fill in the necessary particulars in the ordering form and reply to us
After you've performed the placement, we will receive the email notification and will arrange the delivery once we receive your payment.

2. How much is the shipping fee?
- RM 7 for Peninsular Malaysia
- RM 8 for Sabah, Sarawak
Choice of shipping will be depending on the number of items purchased. :) If there's balance for the shipping fee, we would be returning the balance of shipping fee to you by transferring to your account or you can choose to leave the credit with us as future shipping fee. :)

3. What's the process after I've made my payment for my item?
We would notify you via email after receiving your payment and inform you on the date that we would perform the delivery. Once the delivery has been done, we would send a notification email you including the tracking no (for pos laju).
